Crafted from a blend of barley sourced from various farms in Ireland, The Cuvee is a testament to the diversity of Irish whiskey. The barley was harvested in 2016, distilled in the same year, and matured for 4 years, 5 months, and 19 days before being bottled on July 26, 2021.

The palate is a symphony of flavors, with clove sweets, white pepper, oiliness, grapefruit, lemon zest, dark chocolate, dry toast, cherries, granola bar, dried herbs, aniseed, green olives, and 3 peel marmalade dancing across your taste buds. Finish: Pepper up front with oily spiciness that softens, starts dry but then gets mouth-watering & lingers where I close my eyes and relax!
