Crafted from barley grown by Stephen and Andrew McDonnell on their farm in Ratheadon, County Waterford, this single malt is a testament to the diversity of Irish whiskey. The barley was harvested on August 11, 2015, distilled in week 25 of 2016, and matured for 3 years, 9 months, and 5 days before being bottled on June 3, 2020.
