Hints of cinnamon, tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, banana, and cloves add layers of complexity.

Nose: Sweet, vanilla and honey with a twist of lemon, ripe fruits, plums, raisins, rich oak and sherry notes, cinnamon, tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, banana and cloves.

Palate: Layers flavours from smooth silky sweetness, rich oak, sweet malt, fruity boiled sweets, fruit cocktail, chocolate, Christmas cake, prunes, cloves, liquorice, waves of flavours with complexity and a touch of spice.

Finish: Long lasting sweetness, ripe fruits with a velvety texture and a touch of spicy dryness.

A carefully blended selection of Irish pot still whiskies all triple distilled from cereals grown on the Curraghmore Estate, and then matured separately in a virgin French oak half barrel, an Oloroso Sherry and an ex-bourbon barrel. This is carefully blended to maximise the flavours and deliver a truly complex, flavoursome and unique whiskey – Noel Sweeney Master Blender.

Three casks filled with Curraghmore Single Estate Pot Still Irish whiskey, selected & married together. 470 litres from an European Oak Oloroso four year old sherry cask. 97 litres from a four year old French Virgin Oak cask. 199 litres from a five year old ex-Bourbon cask.
