Nose: Fresh homemade brown bread, rolled barley, marmalade, milk chocolate, a nice cuppa milky tea, flower bed, spent grains, Japanese hi-chew apples sweets, lavender, toffee, aniseed and red apple.

Palate: White pepper, chilly jam, candy apples, love heart sweets, dry but mouth-watering, rock salt, cloves. The sweet and spice are doing a tango.

Finish: Sweetness makes way to spice and then toffee and red apple peel. An appealing dryness but with an evolving finish.
