A Symphony of Flavors

Matured in former Bourbon casks with a Tawny Port cask finish, the 2023 Dingle Gheimhridh Single Malt is a harmonious blend of flavors. The nose is a captivating blend of blackcurrant jelly, pomegranate, cinnamon toast, and warm ginger, inviting you to explore the depths of its flavor profile.

On the palate, the spirit reveals a rich and complex character. Suggestions of red berry fruits and dark chocolate emerge, complemented by the subtle warmth of cloves and creamy soft fudge. The spice finish mellows, leaving a lingering sweetness on the tip of the tongue.
