Colour: Spring’s early morning sunrise with legs and oils that remind me of furrows in a field.

Nose: Fresh green foliage like ferns, dry fresh ploughed soil, lavender, mint leaf, lemon, orange & green apple skins, dry toast, basil, toffee sweets, Iris & crocus flowers, plums. It has a smell that reminds me of being in a field when lambs have been left out.

Palate: Sesame seeds, ginger, pine nuts and almonds biscuits, buttery that reminds me of drinking cow’s milk from the tank, blistered Padrón peppers with rock salt, grapefruit.

Finish: Almond chocolate, green apple skin, floral notes, dryness, nougat, leaves a lingering zingy note.
